We produce Woollen carded, Semi-worsted & Felted yarns for broadloom tufting & Weaving , Axminster & Wilton carpets. All blend components are carefully selected to ensure levelled yarn for optimum strength and levelness of yarns. Blends are thoroughly checked, impurities are hand picked to ensure contamination free yarn.
Our state of art spinning plant is imported from Europe to ensure flawless international quality yarn. Particular care is given to ensure strength & levelness of the yarn. Due care is taken during winding and reeling to ensure a good run off with minimum waste. Our yarn is produced in a clean and efficient workshop maintaining healthy environment and quality oriented work culture.
We also produce speciality blend of Bikaner Chokhla wool which is considered as best carpet wool due to excellent resiliency and lustre.
Our carpet yarns are produced in 100% Wool, 80:20 Wool/Nylon, 80:10:10 Wool/Nylon and 100% polyester blends following count range:
Dewsbury : 15-180 Count
Metric : 0.5-6.0 Nm
Tex : 2000-160 Tex
Dyed & Ecru Yarns are delivered on measured Hanks, Cones and Tubes in scoured & un-scoured form optionally with Electronically clearing. Dyed yarns are both Hank Dyed & stock (Fibre) Dyed.
We also produce speciality application yarns for Aircraft, Upholstery & Blanket industry. Flame retardant Polyester yarns are also produced.
